The Right Size for the Occasion
Most celebrations fall into an awkward gap. Too many people for a house, not enough to justify a hotel ballroom, and a restaurant back room means talking over the dinner rush with no say in how the space looks.
Pleasant Street Hall sits squarely in that gap. The room seats up to 100 guests and holds about 120 for a standing reception, and for the length of your rental it is yours alone. No shared walls, no other party next door, no closing time set by someone else’s kitchen.
What We Host
Baby showers and bridal showers Room to set up a gift table, a dessert table, and games without pushing furniture around mid-party. Tables and chairs come with the rental, so the setup is yours to arrange.
Milestone birthdays The 40th, the 50th, the 80th. The birthdays where the guest list outgrows the living room and the occasion deserves better than a rented tent.
Anniversary parties and vow renewals A quieter alternative to a full wedding rental, with the same room and the same flexibility.
Graduations and retirements Late spring and early summer book quickly for graduations. If you have a date in mind, ask early.
Holiday parties and family gatherings Indoors and climate controlled, which matters more in December and in August than people expect.
What Comes With It
Every rental includes tables, chairs, indoor lighting, a sound system, climate control, two full bathrooms, and ample on-site parking. See the full list on the rentals and amenities page.
There is no kitchen prep area on site, so plan on catering that arrives ready to serve or food you bring in finished. That is worth knowing before you book rather than after.
Setting Up
Rental windows include time for setup and breakdown. Decorating a shower or a milestone party usually takes longer than people plan for, so tell us how much time you want on the front end and we will build it into the window.
