If your group meets the second Tuesday of every month, holding that date is worth more to you than any single rental, and it is worth more to us than a scattered calendar. It also means your members stop asking where the meeting is. If a recurring schedule is what you need, say so up front rather than booking month to month, because the two are handled differently.
