Every rental includes the basics, and that’s what matters:

Capacity
The venue seats up to 100 guests for a seated dinner or ceremony, and up to 120 for cocktail or standing reception formats.

- Stage and riser configurations
- Lounge furniture packages
- String lighting and atmospheric lighting packages
- AV projection for presentations and slideshows
Tables for Sales, Markets, and Shows
Tables and chairs being included matters more for some events than others. For a tag or estate sale, a craft market or vendor show, or a club that meets monthly, table rental is usually the largest single cost an organizer faces. Here it comes with the room.
Kitchen and Catering
There is no kitchen prep area on site. Catering that arrives ready to serve works well, as does food brought in finished. Worth planning around before you book.

Setup and Breakdown
